Who I am
I'm Natasha, the founder of Viridian Operations Solutions.
I spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, including roles as an executive director and board member. I've also worked alongside small business leaders for the past five years. That experience taught me something important: the leaders doing the most meaningful work are often the ones with the least support.
I built VOS because I saw too many talented founders and directors burning out on operational tasks that someone else could own. Not someone who needs to be managed. Someone who gets it, takes initiative, and brings calm to the chaos.
My background spans retail, ecotourism, environmental nonprofits, and small business operations. I studied Business Purchasing and Management. I bring all of it to every client engagement.
